In future the stronger spring type connecting
tubes should be made to N.Sch.3860 and N.Sch.3875 issued
under BY/HEB{H. Biraben}4/M15.11.33. and not to the temporary scheme
issued under BY/HEB{H. Biraben}1/M4.11.33.

We require this stronger type spring for all
P.II. chassis.
