Y6016 Extract from G.W.Hancock's report dated 20.7.30 on 24-EX at 6,000 miles. Y6006 Y6016 The output of the dynamo is as follows :- Half charge : 20 M.P.H. Cuts in 30 M.P.H. 5.5 amps. 40 M.P.H. 8.0 amps. 50 M.P.H. 8.5 amps. 60 M.P.H. 8.5 amps. 70 M.P.H. 8.5 amps. 75 M.P.H. 7.5 amps. With head, side, tale and facia lamps on :- 20 M.P.H. 7.5amps. discharge 30 M.P.H. 2.0 amps. " 40 M.P.H. 2.0 amps. " 50 M.P.H. 3.0 amps. " 60 M.P.H. 3.5 amps. " 70 M.P.H. 4.0 amps. " The dynamo brushes have, during the latter part of the mileage, been rather noisy. A light clicking sound is heard which gives an impression that the commutator segments have become uneven. | ||
