S/W Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X4086 Bs{A J. Barnes - Assistant Manager}26/C11.8.22. Re Amateur-driven Goshawk. X4086 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/LG3.8.22. CJ. has decided that when Mr. Wallis completes his run on the Goshawk, which he is due to start on September 1st, the car should be returned to you. This means that the car should be in Derby during the second week of September. We will make the necessary arrangements for getting the car across to you. We have now forwarded to you the criticism of Major Northey, and you have received the comments made by Major Hodges. We have now to receive the remarks made by Mr. Thomas, which we shall no doubt obtain during the coming week, and after that there only remains Mr. Wallis to report. As I believe you know, CJ. will be using the car in France from the 16th August to September 1st. Bs.{A J. Barnes - Assistant Manager} [Stamp] RECEIVED AUG 10 1922 | ||
