Replying to your memo Tr.{Capt. F. W. Turner - Finance}3/SB.{Mr Bull/Mr Bannister}30.12.35, it is just as necessary to fit a louvred bonnet to a Phantom III for Continental conditions as it was to a Phantom II, and this is the ruling we consider necessary until further progress is made.
