RE. SPRING LUBRICATION. X8410
X.3745

With reference to Mr9/T15.11.28. and in view of the interesting results obtained on spring lubrication.

We are commencing a series of experiments to determine the best method of carrying this out and the effectiveness of the treatment in general service.

In the meantime we quite agree with putting felt in the spring gaiters in more effective positions, if this can be done without difficulty; if not, we suggest that it would be as well to wait until we have some definite data before an elaborate scheme is prepared.
