April 29th 1933.

Lodge Plugs Limited,
Rugby.

For the attention of Mr. Bernard Hopps.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your letter of 26th April.

We are in receipt of the HC.3 plugs. We understood that you proposed to supply us with plugs having a thicker central electrode to resist burning. We are therefore rather surprised that you have sent us standard 40/50 plugs.

With regard to the 14 mm. plugs, we have asked our Order Office to amend our previous order for X.339, to one dozen of these plugs and one dozen of the low voltage type. Will you therefore complete the order in this manner, the other dozen plugs being X.335.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS ROYCE LIMITED.
