WATFORD.

Dear Sirs,

EW.6. Type Magnetos.

Referring to the above magnetos, we notice on the five machines recently received, that the angular location of the distributor rotor is now made by means of a stud let into the bakelite wheel engaging a hole on the body of the rotor.

We have the impression that in conversation with you, you were emphatic about the superiority of the horseshoe method of location and that you pointed this out to us as a good feature of your machines compared with those of other makes in which the pin method was used. We were therefore very surprised to find that suddenly you have gone over to this method which we understood you to be so much against.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. North

E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Fowler Clark.
