Re Phantom - Aluminium Cylinder Head.

Will you please put in hand an aluminium cylinder head similar in all respects to E.76656, but suitable for a compression ratio 4½ to 1.

The lower face of the casting should be made thick enough to produce a compression ratio of 4½ to 1, by suitable machining.

At this stage we also suggest you prepare detail drawings of cast iron cylinder blocks, suitable for both the above heads, replacing the alum: dry liner type.

These cylinder blocks will probably be required in the early future.
