We have not as yet attempted to move the Petrol Filter. We have, before doing so, fitted temperature Thermometres. The results during yesterday afternoon's run in very hot weather were as follows :-

AIR TEMPERATURE MAXIMUM...32°c
WATER " " ...86°c
OIL " " ...94°c

Air Temperature Under Bonnet At Filter............... 60°c
Air Temperature Under Bonnet At Air Inlets........... 60°c

The Air Temperature is cooling down due to rain, we can therefore see whether the slow running is affected by it.
