X356 Re Cotton fabric clutches in which staples alone are used. ------------------------- The above, which was recommended by Mr. Royce, has been fitted and tested in one or two cars and found quite satisfactory. I recommend that same should be adopted as standard in preference to the present one. I understand that Mr. Royce has also seen these clutches and approved of same.
