Will you please forward this specification to the British Insulated and Helsby Cables Co., requesting them to issue a signed certificate with each delivery of cable to the effect that it complies with this specification. Will G {Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} /Wt. please arrange to send into the Electrical Laboratory a sample 3" length from each reel of cable as it is received from the makers, each sample to be carefully identified and no reel of cable handed over to the Shops until we have certified it O.K.
