HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} says my limit of 39 cwt. is really too heavy.
I intend this to be quite as far as we must ever go. Can we not have other arrangements or agreements that will keep the complete car with body, spares, fuel, etc, not more than 30 cwt, leaving the 8 cwt. or 9 cwt. for passengers and luggage?
