With EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/DB{Donald Bastow - Suspensions} Dear Sirs, With reference to your letter of the 22nd November, reference PS/TAB/RMB/4, about all the information I can supply is as follows:- Approx. maximum load on 2 front wheels ...... 13 cwts. Length of cross steering lever on wheel (ball pin to wheel pivot)................ 5" Probable approx. maximum load in steering tube 200 lbs. The length of the tube, ball pin centre to ball pin centre, is in the neighbourhood of 17 1/2", but I cannot give any definite figure for this as the design is still in the fluid state.
