Mr. Young has been in touch with Mr. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} R.{Sir Henry Royce} Hall and he has decided to use 6.00-19 tyres all around and rim of 4.00 width for the Le Mans Race. As a matter of fact it was Mr. Hall's opinion that the stability of the car was perfect in the Ulster Race when using 6.50 on the 3.25 rim. Yours faithfully, INDIA TYRE & RUBBER COMPANY LIMITED.
