P74/IJ15614 COPY. √290 Re. 60510 - R.M.Hudson. Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} 15.6.14. In accordance with Na{Mr Nadin}'s instructions, we advised this owner that we were preparing a set of valve springs of our own manufacture, which would give better satisfaction than those prevoiusly supplied. The owner wishes to know if he will be safe in examining and replacing these springs every 2000 miles, keeping this dismantled as spares, as he does not wish to be inconvenienced on the road by having springs break. Please let us have your suggestions in this matter. p.p.D B.P. Na.{Mr Nadin} Kindly let me have your remarks re this matter. Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} 16/6/14. T. Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Na{Mr Nadin}15/IB16614. 16/6/14. I think Mr. Hives, who has been testing a number of valve springs of late, will be able to deal with this question much better than the Drawing Office people. The figure our customer suggests seems on the low side. Na.{Mr Nadin} | ||
