Re Valve Springs. [Handwritten]: X.586

Mr Hives. 17-6-14.

We attach herewith a copy of
P74/IJ15614. We shall be glad if you will
let us have your remarks re what should be
written to Mr Hudson re replacing his
Valve Springs.

p. Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}

[Handwritten Note]:
Wor {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} We should make a set of springs & fit to this engine, but we should either have the car in or send one of our men to fit them. there might be something wrong which is causing the springs to break, washers under springs for instance would do it. Once these are on, I should not advise changing them.
