Referring to your Complaint Report W.203 we are naturally concerned to hear that the oil cooler of the latest 'F' type has failed on chassis 3.AX.95. We would like you to return the failed cooler to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. immediately for examination.
Will you please confirm that this is the second genuine 'F' oil cooler failure, including the first one which was attributed to bad fitting ( i.e. incorrect number of union washers used).
Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.
