We would like you to return the failed cooler to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. immediately for examination. Will you please confirm that this is the second genuine 'F' oil cooler failure, including the first one which was attributed to bad fitting ( i.e. incorrect number of union washers used).
