PH.III OVER-HEATING COMPLAINT.
CHASSIS NO.3.CP.194.

Referring to your Owners' Complaint Report No.N.1210 we note that one of the complaints was over-heating and think you stated that the radiator required flushing out and steam valve adjusting.

We would like to know whether this means that there was evidence of the radiator silting up, as on the cars with Mk.V matrices, and if so we should not expect flushing out to remedy matters.

We should like to know whether the over-heating complaint was genuinely due to a defect in the matrix or whether it was the usual traffic over-heating which was experienced.

We require this information since this car was a fairly late one ('C' series) and should not suffer from any matrix trouble.
