Any packing cases used in this despatch will be charged for if not returned within ONE MONTH in good condition and duly advised. The Railway Companies will not recognise any claim for non-delivery of goods lost in transit if they are not notified by senders within fourteen days from date of despatch; nor will they admit any claim for goods damaged or short delivery unless advised within three days from date of delivery. We cannot accept liability unless we are advised in time to allow us to comply with the above conditions.
