As an instance - R.{Sir Henry Royce} states in 2274 - SHEET METAL PIPE AND WIRING CLIPS - 'We use sheet metal clips for modern design, and they are satisfactory if provided with good heels for bolting. I therefore agres and reconnend for adoption at Derby'. In this case, are we to expect a design from WW?
