With reference to the attached memo from Hardy, we agree with him that the best way of dealing with these roller failures would appear to be scrapping of the inner races.

As far as we can ascertain this would not be a very costly job. It might amount to £20 to £30.

There does not seem to be any justification for immediately going over to the Wraith follower, which would cost £400.
