R.R. Marston Heaters.

We have received a letter from Steadman giving particulars of tests carried out on a Mark lll matrix compared to a Mark V as fitted to our car heaters - showing the former unit to give 92.5% of the heat delivery of the latter, with a 7% greater air flow.

He states that the Mark III matrix is considerably better from the manufacturing side and in view of the above figures we do not feel that the difference in efficiency would be noticed by the occupants of the car. We recommend, therefore, that details be modified to incorporate a Mark III matrix block and that a print be forwarded to John Marstons immediately.
