THE AC-SPHINX SPARKING PLUG CO. LTD.
CONTINUATION SHEET No. 2.

(4) We are making up and will send to you as soon as possible two sets (fourteen plugs) of 14 mm. sinterkorund plugs for test on your Bentley job. The thread is to be 14 mm. reach and the plain portion of the body under the hexagon not less than 11/16". These plugs will be fitted with the ordinary screw terminal.

(5) You are to send to us as soon as possible a set of blueprints of your Bentley and/or Rolls instruments, with a view to our making up a complete set of instrument samples for test. In this connection we should need a tank drawing so as to get the calibration for the petrol gauge, and a drawing showing the details of the bottom end drive for the cable for the speedometer; similarly, details of the bulb fitting will be required for the thermo gauge.

(6) The next time our Chief Engineer, Mr. D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} B. Browne, is in your district, he will call upon you with a view to his giving you his comments on the efficiency of your various air intake silencers. Mr. Browne will advise you beforehand of his call.

I was very interested to know that you intend writing to the Air Ministry, outlining your first impressions of our sinterkorund plug samples. If this letter contains details of the tests to which our samples have been put, I shall be very interested to have a copy of that letter for our records.

I think I have covered above all the various points we have discussed, and if I have omitted any or if I am incorrect in any detail, perhaps you will be good enough to write me.

Yours faithfully,

A.F. STOCKBRIDGE,
Managing Director.
