interchanged and comparative tests made, and further, to change the rear springs over from one car to another. If it is intended that these should be taken as suggestions and not as instructions, then we have nothing further to say on this point. If they are instructions, then we suggest they should go through R; because we are sure he could satisfy you there were reasons why the number of tests could be reduced or modified.

Whenever we receive the criticisms or suggestions from Sales Technical Officials, we always consider them most carefully and make use of them whenever we can. We should not like to feel that their suggestions were being ignored because the actual experiment was not made.

As regards the card index system. The reason we were somewhat alarmed was because it states in BJ16/E7.6.26. that the cards would be gone over every 7, 14 and 30 days.

We agree that quarterly is a more reasonable time.
