X4473 By. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 5/AD3.6.29. MAGNETO H.T. WIRING ON S.S. CHASSIS. It was observed on the 10,000 mile test chassis 22-EX, that at a mileage of 3760 the magneto H.T. wires were badly perished and cracked apparently due to the heat of the exhaust system. Has any means of shielding these wires (between the high tension tubes and the sparking plugs) been considered? EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} | ||
