In accordance with the arrangements made with Mr. McKinnon, herewith we hand to you two standard Exide cells taken from the 10,000 mile test battery which you and Mr. McKinnon recently inspected. It was arranged that these two cells should be sent to the Exide Co. for their own opening up and inspection.
