Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Sft.{Mr Swift} AEM. G/Rb.{R. Bowen} LID{A. J. Lidsey} x<11 See me Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}5/R.16.11.33. COMPLAINT CASE. Chassis No.GHW-51 - Lewis Bruce. This chassis has recently been in the Repair Dept. for the purpose of curing a customer's complaint relative to engine gear rattles, and to overcome this trouble the Cam Balancer Scheme was fitted to the car. Is it Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}' intention that this Cam Balancer should be standardised to overcome similar complaints that we may receive from customers? Will Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} please say, because if it is, then we require the cost getting out, and, no doubt Sft.{Mr Swift} will arrange for this to be done, since Sales' Department are pressing for the necessary cost involved.
