Dear Sirs,

3½ LITRE BENTLEY.

I regret to state that the body on my Bentley leaves a good deal to be desired.

The front wings are cracking again.
The screws in the hinges of the back doors are loose, and will not tighten up.
The cellulose is soft, scratches very easily, and will not take a polish.
The windscreen still lets in water in heavy rain, and this has damaged the woodwork inside.
Some of the mouldings round the windows are a bad fit, and give the body a cheap appearance.

I cannot spare the car just at the moment, but in a few weeks' time I feel that you should put these matters right for me.

Yours faithfully,

RFS/HC.
