-2- (c) The premises at which the damage occurred. (d) The time and date of damage. (e) The operation at which the damage occurred. (f) The Contract Number relating to the property. All Superintendents and Foremen should supply the above information to :- Sft.{Mr Swift} for Derby and Dispersal Premises. Hy.{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} for Derby Tool Room and Millwrights. JM.{Mr Morley} for Crewe and Dispersal Premises. HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} for Experimental Department. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} for Clan Foundry, Belper. who should correlate the information supplied, and forward it to Wn. 2. BUILDINGS AND EQUIPMENT. The official in charge of damaged premises must report the damage immediately to EJJ. or JM{Mr Morley}/JV., they will correlate the information under the following headings :- (a) The date when the damage occurred, and the cause, i.e. Incendiary, H.E. Bomb, Water, Weather, Fire and etc. (b) Statement of the nature and extent of the damage and the amount at which it should be assessed. (c) The address at which the damage occurred. (d) Detailed list of property damaged. (e) The precise nature of our interest therein. They will then forward the above information to Wn. in the case of Rolls-Royce property, or to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} in the case of M.A.P. property. | ||
