W.P. 6 5 11) 126 Slipping is often due to oil on the fabrics. Steps have been taken to delete automatic clutch spigot lubrication on 20/25 HP. cars. Depot sheets Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}185., Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}196. and Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}205. Pressure ring serrations are being modified to prevent binding. DYNAMO COMPLAINTS.

W.P. 1 2 3) 19 These are mainly noisy ball races. Roller bearing now being fitted at one end of armature to replace ball bearing and a reduction in these complaints is anticipated. Three rate charge scheme is now standard on 20/25 HP. cars and should reduce dynamo complaints. Exceptional cases always arise where dynamo output is unsuitable. Voltage control on 40/50 HP. should be great help.
