To RHG. x206 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}1/KW.7.4.36. 1-B-IV & 3-B-IV Brake Experiments. 1-B-IV. This car has been used for judder experiments and the front axle is now scrap. Will you please try to obtain a new front axle complete from production and fit it to this car so that it may be runnable for the holidays. The rear foot brake ropes have stretched and should be replaced: the hand brake needs adjusting. The electrical system needs overhauling as the dynamo often fails to charge. After the holidays we want the rolling toggles and steel shoes fitting to this car. 3-B-IV. The latest anti-judder device, Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}106, should be fitted to this car when the parts are made. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/A.F.Martindale. | ||
