[Text with strikethrough] REPLY In reply to your memo SY2/P13/5/21, would you kindly note the following points:- (1) Mr. Royce agrees to the smaller radius in the corner to eliminate the cutting in when facing for the bolts. (2) Mr. Royce agrees to the alteration to the pressing providing it is easier to draw a taper boss externally and internally, than the parallel boss we shew. (3) Mr. Royce would like the flange to be larger in diameter to provide more heel for the bolts. (4) Thin nuts should be used, and less thread on the bolts than shown on your sketch.
