Hanbury - Head Complaints} Smith of Messrs. B. Smith & Sons, Bingley, Yorks, tells us is now under test at the Works. From what he says, an order for a Phantom depends upon the result of these tests, that is to say, if the brake lever is approved and is taken up he seems to be intending to give us an order for one of our 40/50 HP.
