Ekco Works,
SOUTHEND-ON-SEA.

For the attention of R.I.Cowley, Esq.

Dear Sir,

We beg to refer you to our letter of the 18th of June, reference Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.5/MA. in which we instructed you to send to our Sales Dept., an Ekco Car Radio set to be fitted to our Managing Director's Car.

We have now heard from him that he has seen this receiver and does not consider it is quite suitable for fitting to his car because it must sacrifice the cubby hole a feature which he considered most important.

The set has therefore not been used or fitted to the car and we wonder if in the circumstances you will be good enough to take the set back again.

Awaiting your reply,

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
