XW35 Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /RmL/LG. Expl: Dept: 2nd. Mar. 1929. Messrs. C. Thomas & Bros.Ltd., Broad Plain, Bristol. Dear Sirs, With reference to your letter of the 1st. inst. ref. N/WO. As you have already despatched the gylcerine, we will make use of it on our tests. The mixture we wanted to try was trimethylene-glycol, as our laboratory tests on the small quantity has indicated that this gave very excellent results. We understand from our Mr. Lappin that you have ceased to manufacture this substance and should be very interested to know exactly where you found it defective, and whether it will be possible to obtain any of this substance for further tests. Yours faithfully, | ||
