Gas-Tightness.
All floors to be gastight and no communication to be allowed between the luggage boot and the body. Adequate draught seal to be provided at the base of the doors.

Mud.
Front wings to have lips as described. Bottom flair on body and tail of rear wing as on 9.B.5. Shield over rear wing of Staybrite steel attached to rear door.

Weight.
The body should not weigh more than the prototype 9.B.5. i.e. 8 1/2 cwts. Care should be taken to see that this weight does not grow on production, and every effort should be made to improve on this figure, not in the structure which needs tests to prove, but in accessories, trimming and finishing.
