Future Policy It was agreed that in the "E" series there should be introduced only two modifications, the Wraith wheel movement and the aluminium housings for the front suspension springs. It was also decided in connection with "E" series to order up only 100 sets of material at first. WRAITH 1. Engine Vibrations The following were agreed to - (a) the adoption of rubber driving blocks of reduced durometer hardness, and (b) to make the inertia of the fabroil gear the same as the all-metal gear. The former item is being added to the first 24 chassis, the latter is only on the first 24 in respect of the improved fabroil and not the increased mass. 2. Ignition Coil As the result of further tests it has been found that the Delco coil proved faulty but the latest R-R coil was satisfactory. Therefore, all production Wraiths will have R-R coils and Delco distributors. | ||
