The Tungstone Accumulator and Accessories are protected by a series of Patents, Registered Designs and Trade Mark in the Chief Countries of the World, and in Great Britain is protected by British Letters Patents Nos. 221539/40/41/23, 18727/8/24 and others under which it is made and sold for use in Great Britain and Ireland. Purchasers are notified that the conditions of sale hereinafter named must be observed otherwise the patent rights may be jeopardised, (a) That any mark, name or number on any Tungstone Accumulator, must not be removed or altered. Purchasers may use it for any purposes in their discretion in Great Britain and Ireland but not to export to any Foreign Country subject to Foreign Patents without consent, (b) That it has been directly sold to Purchaser for use in a Foreign Territory. NOT TO BE SOLD RETAIL at a lower price than the retail selling price fixed by the Distributors and named in the current Invoice or named in the current catalogue or price list of the Distributors for the time being. RETAILERS' (who sell exclusively to the Public at our fixed listed prices) TRADE AND CASH DISCOUNTS. The Retailers' Trade Discount off the fixed current Selling Price of Tungstone Accumulator and Parts is 25 per cent. (viz. 5/- in the £). Single Orders at the gross list price of £10 or under, the Discount is 22 1/2% viz. 4/6 in the £. Account is payable on approved Monthly Accounts by the 10th of the month following date of Invoice. We pay the carriage to anywhere in Great Britain and Ireland (Duty payable by Purchaser). Low and High Tension Batteries are sold with a first partial charge without acid, and if kept, as delivered by Makers, in dry condition, can be stocked for a reasonable period provided they are stored in a dry room, and not on a damp floor, and away from extreme heats.
