Hollingworth}1/VS.{J. Vickers}24.8.37. WRAITH III. BONNET REST PLATE LoC.8790. The modification under alteration 19183/E to Bonnet Rest Angles EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}712 and EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}1229 to LoC.8790 provides an indent .325 deep in order to obviate fouling between the Rest Angle and the Riding Control Lever, Bell Body. This will introduce a more expensive pressing, which is not justified. We suggest the Rest Angle remain unaltered and the difficulty be overcome by altering the angular position of the control levers, as shown on Drawing Ex.1.196 herewith.
