Patent protection covers :-
Silencer into which the exhaust gases are admitted tangentially, and take therein a gyratory and gradually accelerating motion, the silencer being cylindrical with a cone-shaped end. It also covers an internal cone to accelerate the gases; bladed rings to direct the gases tangentially and towards the centre; internal pipe to permit exhaust gases to escape in both directions; exhaust manifold into which the exhaust gases from the engine enter tangentially thus receiving a gyratory motion, and bladed rings to accelerate the gyratory motion; silencer body made of two metals having different vibrational frequencies.

Fitting this silencer gives 15% to 25% greater acceleration of the engine, and greater power, while the temperature of the silencer is 25% lower, as compared with standard silencers.
