You will probably have noticed in Mr. Hancock's reports that he has mentioned on one or two occasions the fact that at maximum bump fouling takes place between the spring clip on the rear spring and the subframe. It is not merely a question of the position of the clip on the spring, as if this were moved the trouble would still occur. It would appear as if the only remedy is to increase the spring centres, which in turn may mean increasing the wheel track, but we think this is a matter which should have your attention. BY.{R.W.
