18.G.IV.

The car has resumed running today after attention to the following details -

(1) Gearbox and clutch dismantled, supply to spigot cut entirely off.
(2) All brake drums dismantled and examined.
(3) Front shock absorbers taken off and poundages increased to 115 lbs up, and 115 lbs down.
(4) Spring plates fitted to rear of engine mounting.
(5) In-spection cover of rear cylinder block taken off for examination of water ways.
(6) Smith's electrical petrol gauge fitted.
(7) Faulty bijur system attended to.
(8) Ignition and valve timing checked.

A full report on the running of the car, after the attention to these details, will be sent tomorrow.
