| To BJ. from Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} H8230 Hsl/LG23.7.25. NEW PHANTOM(Codename for PHANTOM I) - EXHAUST NOISE. Referring to BJ15/H22.7.25. We have realised that the exhaust noise in the Phantom was likely to be the cause of complaints. We have therefore been carrying out a number of tests to reduce the noise. At the present time we have experimental cars fitted with modified silencers.
