Hsl/LG23.7.25.

NEW PHANTOMCodename for PHANTOM I - EXHAUST NOISE.

Referring to BJ15/H22.7.25. We have realised that the exhaust noise in the Phantom was likely to be the cause of complaints. We have therefore been carrying out a number of tests to reduce the noise. At the present time we have experimental cars fitted with modified silencers. We are not entirely satisfied yet but we shall be in a position to send you a car to try with the modified exhaust immediately after the holidays.
