I have asked Mr.Hardy to see if he can
come here for one week clear, because I have for some time
had a feeling that this year will see some good move on
better change gears.

I do not think it is done yet, and we would
like to be in it.

I have a 4 speed gear that should prove easy
to make silent, and with the help of the Salerni coupling
in its simplest form it ought to be easy to change.
