PHANTOM III. STEERINGS.

In accordance with the decision taken at the Chassis Conference yesterday, it will be necessary to instruct the following modifications, retrospectively, on all Phantom III cars in service :-

(a). Rocking shaft with reduced diameter to provide increased torsional flexibility in the event of an accident.

(b). New roller follower with balls instead of rollers.
