In accordance with the decision taken at the Chassis Conference yesterday, it will be necessary to instruct the following modifications, retrospectively, on all Phantom III cars in service :- (a). Rocking shaft with reduced diameter to provide increased torsional flexibility in the event of an accident. (b). New roller follower with balls instead of rollers.
