FOUR WHEEL BRAKES.

Referring to your report on bump tests on 4 wheel brake chassis it is evident that the steering is more heavily loaded than in the standard case. We should be interested to know whether the pivots had an excessive lean fore and aft, that is, a lean more than the normal 1°. Presumably it also had new set up spring buffers instead of the standard balanced buffer springs in the side steering tube.
