RE. STEERING - 20 HP.

This should be tested with larger and slower speed worm, and with friction damped pendulum lever, to find out whether it is necessary with larger diameter of worm and slightly slower speed steering, te fit damped pendulum lever to prevent low speed wobbles. The object of this modification is to prevent road shocks reaching the driver.
