STANDARDISATION OF CHASSIS PARTS Description of part AUXILIARY SPRING UNDER REVERSE CAMBER SIDE OF EACH REAR BRAKE. Origin Gives a longer life before spring becomes permanently set. Reason for Standardising Experimental Report The present spring collapses after a thorough road test, 3000 miles. The above spring has been fitted and has remained seated to an average of 10,000 miles in service. This has been proved from reports of service engineers. The number of the first chassis on which the new part will be fitted... O.Z. Series. Date when chassis will be handed to test... 15th. Oct.1932. Cost of scrapped material, if any.........
