Attention of Mr Ward.

Dear Sir,

Re: Short Wheelbase Bentley.
-------------------------

As we are anticipating wanting you to build several more bodies for the Short wheelbase Bentley and feel that one dummy chassis will hold up the job, we would be glad if you would put in hand forthwith a second dummy chassis.

This need only represent the dashboard and that part of the chassis after the dashboard.

We enclose herewith the necessary drawings to enable you to do this, as it will be appreciated that this second dummy chassis should represent the revised frame and frame cross.

The writer proposes calling on you sometime towards the middle of next week, to go over this and other matters with you.

Yours faithfully,
FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.

Car Project Office.
