Coverley - Production Engineer}/Cy.1/LS.12.4.37. BENTLEY FRONT AXLES. We have investigated your complaint on the Bentley Axle returned from Kingsbury and find that a piece of broken drill was wedged in the 7/64 diameter oil feed hole. We have taken precautions to prevent recurrence from the inspection point of view and also from the fitting side. It is not entirely possible to prevent drills breaking in this manner, but we can prevent axles being despatched in this condition. blg RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/Cy. [signature] | ||
